Ramie  Base fiber from the ramie plant.  Similar to flax but more brittle.  Used chiefly for table linen.

Remnant  A piece of fabric usually less than three yards.

Repp  Plain weave fabric with narrow ribs running the width of the fabric.  Usually a fine warp and heavier filling yarns.
