Upholstering 2 of 4 dinette chairs contracted from Camarillo, Ca!
Chair before upholstering looked very nice, but! Sharp wood edges caused elastic to fail! Foam was in several pieces!
Edges of wood were rough. Sanded all sides of wood frame.
Edges where rounded new webbing was installed. New elastic webbing installed. A piece of vinyl was placed over webbing so foam will not go through.
Bottom of old foam showing where wood cut through. New glued foam being cut 5/8 inch bigger than wood. New pattern being made.
Two completed chairs!
