Chairs were refinished by customer (very nice job).
Covers were made with soft velvet and Velcro to protect the wood finish during upholstering.
New webbing rail for strength. New webbing installed
New cotton installed between bottom of springs and webbing to surprise noise.
Springs are eight way tied. Cotton over springs and jute rope.
New burlap and edge roll installed. 1" foam installed and secured to frame.
New cotton installed. Layer of dacron surprises cotton movement.
Centering fabric on frame. Fabric installed.
Completed chairs with gimp trim installed.
