Restored Rocker 4/1/2009

Old cover.                           Broken back rails_____________________________________________

Rocker taken apart and ready to be glued.                                 Broken back to be rebuilt.       

Frame  being glued and clamped

Seat spring broken.                                                                Spring replaced.

Both sides of the seat frame replaced.                                                Seat springs tied 8 ways.

Both sides of the back frame were replaced and new corner blocks were installed.

All new webbing and burlap was installed on back frame, then picked rubberized hair, cotton and dacron.

Refinished fame.      New back, arms and seat fitted to frame.   Rocker ready for cover.

Found stamped under arm and most wood under cover!

Completed rocker.
